A Dinner with Boochcraft

On August 8, 2019 Harvest Kitchen collaborated with Boochcraft to create a 5-course pairing dinner at our new event space, The Boardroom. Celebrating the season of summer and the tart crisp flavors of Boochcraft, the menu took guests on a journey starting with A Study of the Summer Garden, and continued through to a closing “Booch Alexander” milkshake.

All seasonal organic produce was sourced through Specialty Produce’s farmers market program, yellowtail collars from Catalina Offshore, amazing tabletop pieces from Folklore Rental, and serving staff from our friends at Common Sense Events.
